It seems like a cliche to describe a plastic surgeon as caring and committed to his patients. But there may be no better way to describe Dr. Mathew Mosher. You could ask his patients in Vancouver. Or if you really need convincing, travel down to Guatemala, as Dr. Mosher does each year, and talk to the dozens of impoverished residents he has treated for everything from burns to congenital defects. Or you could take our word for it.
So when Dr. Mosher tells you he put a VECTRA XT system in his practice so that he can take better care of his patients, there is really no reason to doubt him. "Body contouring and breast surgery are very visual experiences" he notes, "and they are difficult for the patient to conceptualize using traditional tools, such as looking at before-and-after pictures of other patients. Dr. Mosher received a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology at Simon Fraser University and his Doctorate of Medicine in 1988 from the University of British Columbia. A residency in Plastic and Reconstructive surgery was completed at the University of Saskatchewan followed by a 1 year Fellowship in Aesthetic Facial Surgery. Dr. Mosher is a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
