Software Engineering/Development: Software Test Engineer β Web & Systems Integration
We are seeking a Software Test Engineer – Web & Systems Integration to perform comprehensive testing across web, mobile, and Windows-based applications. In this role, you will evaluate and validate new or modified software programs to ensure they meet functional and performance requirements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, passionate about identifying software defects, and thrives in both independent and collaborative environments. Strong communication and problem-solving skills the ability to manage changing priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description:
- Develop and execute test cases and scenarios for web and integrated systems
- Perform functional, regression, performance, and cross-browser testing
- Create and maintain automated test scripts for regression and stress testing
- Validate UI/UX, responsive design, and accessibility compliance for web applications
- Identify and track defects, working closely with developers to resolve issues
- Test software interactions with hardware devices and troubleshoot integration-related problems
- Document and communicate test results and insights to stakeholders clearly and effectively
Core Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience testing integrated hardware/software systems
- At least 2 years’ experience using SQL for testing
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies and best practices with demonstrated experience in web testing, including responsive design and accessibility standards
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS for UI troubleshooting
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows
Desired:
- Experience with Selenium, Python scripting, Jenkins, Postman, JavaScript and Git
- Photography background or interest
- Experience in healthcare industry and/or clinical trial processes

The anticipated salary range for the position is $80,000.00-$100,000.00 annually. This is dependent upon consideration of multiple factors when determining a base salary such as a candidate’s experience, education, and current market conditions.
